When rejuvenation is the right call

- +Shingles look dull or are shedding granules, but are not cracked or curling
- +There are no active leaks
- +You want to defer a replacement you know is eventually coming
- +You are selling soon and want the roof presentable and documented
When it isn’t

A certified applicator who inspects your roof and tells you to replace it is doing the job correctly. Treating a failed roof wastes your money and ours.
